Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Products purchased on sale or as part of promotional offers are non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support at [your email/phone number] within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide order ID, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.
You must ship the product back at your own cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will either offer a replacement or initiate a full refund (including shipping).
Exceptions
Returns and refunds are not applicable on:
Perishable items like herbal juices or oils.
Products with tampered or missing seals.
