Protect Yourself From Tech Support Scams
Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.
Hi Sunil,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.
I would like to inform you that, if you have completed or cross more than 30days of upgrading to Windows 10 then there shall be no option available to roll back to previous Operating System. The only possible way to install the previous Operating System is by clean installation.
I suggest you to update all the drivers on your computer and check if the issue gets resolved.
Method 1: update drivers.
Before you update the drivers, please enable the computer to get automatic updates,
Download and install drivers
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/all-drivers
Note: The above links applies to Windows 10 as well.
You may also download all the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website and install it on your computer.
Method 2:
For Wi-Fi compatibly issue, I suggest you to install the Wi-Fi drivers in compatibility mode and check. Follow the steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.
- Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
- Right-click on the installer and click on "Properties".
- Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
- Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
Hope this information is helpful. Do let us know if your issue is resolved. For any further query, feel free to contact us.
Thank you.

Hi Syed,
Thanks for your response.
I would like to let you know that "We're sorry, but you can't go back. The files we need to take you back to a previous version of Windows were removed from this PC" message was start showing just after a week of upgrading to Windows 10. When I was upgrading to Windows 10, then I noticed the option in Windows 10 that I can restore to previous version Windows within next 30 days, but in reality, that was not true. At that time I was thinking that if I won't get satisfy with Windows 10 then I will revert to Windows 10. But unfortunately, I was start getting this message just after a week upgrading to Windows 10. "install the previous OS is by clean installation", do you mean I need to request HCL company to reinstall Windows 7 and give them cost again for installation. Thanks, now I realized how big mistake I done by choosing Windows 10 free upgrade.
I had already upgraded all the drivers on my computer (did again), but the issue is unresolved. The "Fn" Keys and Touch Panel board on HCL Me Icon 1015 is not working after upgrading to Windows 10.
1. My HCL Me Icon 1015 touch panel plate above keypads are not working.
2. All the "Fn" keys are not working except brightness and contrast keys.
3. White screen shows in startup. After another start, it works. How can I fix white screen problem in startup.
4. Turn on WiFi capability error. Unable to Turn on WiFi capability either by Fn+F2 Key or by touch panel icon or by pressing WiFi icon manually.
5. Unable to restore Windows 7 home. Getting message "We're sorry, but you can't go back. The files we need to take you back to a previous version of Windows were removed from this PC".
Kindly let me know, if you need configuration information or any other information of my computer so I can fix above issues smoothly.
Regards,
Sunil

Hardware related issues:
I would suggest you to check the hardware specification of your system, to support Windows 10, in the link, mentioned below.
Specifications.

Shut down related issue:
I would suggest you to follow these methods, provided below, to fix your issue:
Method 1:
Disconnect all the external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc...) except mouse and the keyboard, then reboot and restart your system and check, if it helps you.
If the issue still persists, follow the method 2.
Method 2:
Power troubleshooter:
You can run the Power troubleshooter to adjust your computer's power settings. The Power troubleshooter checks things like your computer's timeout settings, which determine how long the computer waits before turning off the monitor display or entering sleep mode. Adjusting these settings can help you conserve power and extend your computer's battery life.
1. Type troubleshooter in the search box and then press Enter.
2. Select Troubleshooting. Click on view all and select Power.
3. Click next and follow the on-screen instructions.
If the issue still persists, follow the method 3.
Method 3:

I would suggest you to restore default settings of power plan and check, if it helps.
1. Press Windows + X, and select the option Control Panel.
2. Click on the Power Options icon.
3. Click on Change advanced power settings.
4. Select the option “Restore default settings for this plan”.

I have been experiencing the exact same problem on my Toshiba Satellite A665-S6054 after updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I've tried all of the recommendations as documented in this thread, and NONE OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS RESOLVED THE ISSUE. I am still unable to turn on the wireless capability.
PLEASE ADVISE....
