Can you please specify why are you trying to update the driver? Are you facing any problems with the current one? Because as per the Toshiba's tech support mail. The drivers that you have are latest and do not require any update they have only updated the software which works along side the drivers. 

The driver version I had was dated 12/07/ for my wireless card Realtek RTLAE Wireless LAN n PCI-E bharathealthcares.com one that I tried to download from Toshiba was version dated 08/05/13 which I in my ignorance thought would be an improvement,after reading the Toshiba bharathealthcares.com driver I have now for the wireless card was downloaded and installed using SlimDrivers.I fail to comprehend what Toshiba are saying due to the Toshiba update saying it was a driver for the above wireless card with a different version number which I expected to see changed when I opened device manager,which incidentally has changed with the driver from bharathealthcares.com say I am confused is to put it mildly by drivers which are not drivers!!!.
