Solution only two – Rename / Delete atibtmon.exe

If you do not have a Control Center prompt, we strongly recommend you to install it before making this choice. Only try this solution if you cannot install the Catalyst Control Center for important reasons or if the previous treatment does not work.

You must find atibtmon.exe. This manual record is located in your Windows Web directory, but if it does not exist, it is probably in WindowsSystem32. If you find atibtmon.exe, right-click on it and select Rename. For example, rename it time to _atibtmon.exe. This will delete the above file from your system.
