Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number. 

Use device manager and uninstall the AMD drivers

Download the latest drivers and install them again.This is occurring due to the graphic card drivers software.

Go to AMD official website and download this tool

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/auto/autodetectutility.exe

It will detect the software and driver needed for your PC

Use the Manual Driver Selector and find your graphic card  drivers (Check if your Windows is 32 or 64 bit)
