I have the same OS and the same graphics card. Go to the Matrox site, look for the old drivers (http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/support/drivers/previous/display/)
Download the xddm64_209_07_088_se_u.exe. Which is this one:-

2.09.07.088 SE U - 64-bit

Win XP/Vista 64 bit/Server 2003 64-bit/Server 2008 64-bit - Matrox M-Series, Parhelia,P-series, MMS, G-Series, QID Series drivers Worked for me:)
