Pros
Great software.
Cons
Horrible experience with the company! I purchased this software less than a year ago. Now I must pay to upgrade it so it works with IOS 10. I could see needing to pay or upgrade if I have been using the software for years, but not less than one year. BE WARNED.

Pros
i could find nothing about the software that was a positive. i removed it and bought another solution
Cons
After i loaded the product I could not get the files to transfer. I contacted the help desk on 5 different because they would suggest something that didn't work After my 3rd email I asked for a phone number,so I could talk with a human to solve the problem. They did not provide me with a number. They told me in an email they had an update, they were releasing the next day that would resolve the issue. It did not resolve the issue. The help desk was extremely slow in responding. Since I was getting a solution I decided to post to their Facebook page. They responded then, they did refund the cost of the software. They told me they took my comment down because it wasn't accurate.
Summary
The product didn't work and they didn't support the product to make it work. Their support was weak at best. My feedback this is not a solution keep looking.Their service and product are pathetic

Pros
Install has been seamless, all apple driver are downloaded automatically, I didn't need to install iTunes which is cool... UI is clean, file transfer to app sandboxes work pretty well. You can also extract/import apps with their content, backup / restore your iPhone. After one week of use, I can say that iMazing is very well developed and much more stable than all competitors. Editors at CNet should refresh their review because it is totally out dated, talking about DiskAid the former name.
Cons
No access to iBooks
More filters in messages would be nice

Pros
Users who transfer many files at a time seem to find it convenient.
Cons
If one knows how to transfer using iTunes (see below), it is not worth buying and having these programs on your devices. In addition, one user wrote that transferring a group of text files resulted in the group being combined into a single text file. I myself suspect another kind of damage. I think it may have been when I uninstalled FileApp from my iPad that most of my Pages files on the iPad were erased. Fortunately, they were on my laptop too.
Summary
I have an Ipad 2 with IOS7 and Windows7 on my desktop and my laptop. I do not want to use Dropbox and the internet to transfer files between two devices on my desk. ITunes controls transfers, to block files purchased by someone else.
FileApp (or FileApp Pro, which I bought) and DiskAid which comes with FileApp and is its helper on the PC, provide a convenient interface for iTunes. One can copy and paste, or drag, files from Windows to FileApp's file storage or that of another app on the iPad, or the other way, as in Windows itself.
I thought the $4.99 I spent on FileApp Pro was well worth it although even the free version can do the simple transfers I was using it for. A surprise came when I tried to use DiskAid to copy my photos from the iPad and was told I had to register DiskAid for $29 to do that. Actually, one can open the iPad in My Computer and find the folders with one's photos and videos and copy them without FileApp or even iTunes.
I wish I had learned the following sooner.
In iOS each app has its own file list.
For transfers in either direction, connect device to your computer. Start iTunes if it does not start by itself and select the device in iTunes. Click Apps. in iTunes.
After this, to transfer to computer:
Below File Sharing, from the list on the left, select the app on your device that you want to transfer a file from. From the list on the right, select the file you want to transfer, and click "Save to." A window opens, select in it where you want to save the file, and click Open. The file is saved.
To transfer to app:
Below File Sharing, select the app you want to transfer to, and click Add.
In the window that appears, select the file and click Open. The file is transferred.
I should say, after I installed DiskAid on my 64-bit Windows 7 desktop, I had lots of system crashes. After I uninstalled it and restored the system to an earlier state things got back to normal. This may have been a coincidence and it did not happen on my 32-bit Windows 7 laptop.

Pros
Simple to execute
Covers all aspects of iPhone (media, apps, contacts, etc)
TREMENDOUS time saver
Files saved with meaningful nomenclature
Cons
None - it is amazing.
Summary
This is not free if you want to actually transfer files; however ... it is WELL worth the money for what it does. NOTE: Students with a valid .EDU email can get the software for free.
If you ever wanted/needed to copy all your stuff from your iPhone in one shot rather than go into each app to email or sync your data ... this app does it all. Even better, it saves it in a well defined naming system so you don't even have to go back and rename the files to know what they are.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think it should be able to do one feature: it should be able to have a "select all" to copy all contents of texts or whatever in one shot ** while keeping the files separate ** This software has the option of copying only selected files (texts, voicemails) one at a time. If you want to do a one-time copy of everything, the software will do that, but it will lump everything into one file. Instead of having a file of all A's texts, a file with all B's texts, and a file with all C's text, if you did the select all ... it would put A, B, and C's text all in one file.
Aside from that ... it literally saves me hours and hours - no joke!
