Since quarantine I feel like I have not been able to connect with my friends/ teachers/family. I know there is FaceTime and texting but sometimes you might not have your teachers phone number, and I also love that Zoom has a chat so that you can talk to people individually. I really do love this app!! It’s also fun if you want to set up a club and you can ask people if they want to join. This app also allows you to go on different apps while your talking. If you don’t have texting or FaceTime then I really recommend you to get this awesome a app. It’s really hard to express how awesome this app is in words but let’s just put it shot, it’s a must. However this app is awesome I have experienced some issues. My biggest issue with this app is that it glitches and it freezes so much. However this can be fixed with your WIFI. But sometimes my WIFI quality is high but for some reason it glitches and freezes a lot. That definitely needs to be fixed. But other than that I love this app!! So if you have not way to connect with your friends/ teachers/family then I REALLY recommend this app!

Glitches happen nearly never, better than FaceTime. I have a few complaints. One of them is how this review automatically put the first sentence in and had it default at 5 stars, I do not appreciate you guys trying to force your opinions about yourself on to us, the people who use and rely on this app. Ok so first of all in sports meetings I can not hear anything my coach is saying that often, even though everyone else is on mute. I love the in meeting chat function, it really helps us learn in classes like debate and grammar, and in a way, is better than real school. Also the texting is a good feature, it helps me set up and organize meetings. I wish that the free version had some form of security, so you wouldn’t get zoom bombers, no matter how much money you have. It is a bit of a discrimination, I think so please put some thought into that. Also for the Virtual Background, I wish there were a way to show things like a piece of paper with it on. Because we do Disney drawings in class every Friday, and I enjoy sharing my drawings, but at the same time, I often don’t look excitedly to people seeing my background, thanks to embarrassing wall stickers that certain family members think are “cute”. 🙄 Overall, this app isn’t too bad and I would definitely recommend it to others reading the reviews. If you change what I spoke about, this rating will magically become 5 starts 😉

Zoom is awesome

Zoom has been amazing and so beneficial during these unprecedented times, with COVID pandemic.
Normally, as Jehovah’s Witnesses, all around the world, each week we would have be meeting regularly with our loving brothers and sisters at our Kingdom Halls or place of worship. But, with the used of Zoom, we are able to remain safe and still meet and see one another.
Many of older, infirm or handicapped friends really appreciate Zoom greatly, love that they now see, hear and participate at our meetings. One big reason is that it is very user friendly or simple to use. Even my 92 old father is able to Zoom into his spiritual meetings with his congregation, in totally different state than me. I’m also able to check on and see him more often, from a distance, using this incredible tool.

Thank you so much for helping us all stay safe, by being obedient to our loving God Jehovah, who wants us to be safe and helping comply with the local authorities, to shelter in place while we are still able to enjoy our spiritual associations with one another and continuing to still be taught spiritually.
