back to the last Public Release.

Make sure to backup all your files first.

Your build is way behind, why haven't you been updated?

We are currently on 18343.

Wait until March or April and you will upgrade to the next public build. Prior to then, you can use the Insider page in Settings to indicate that you will exit Insiders on that device after the next public build has been installed.

Can he wait? Hasn't 18262 expired? I don't remember. He may have to clean install like CK says.
