Viber
Viber is one of those apps and it will make it possible for you to use as little as possible the subscription to a mobile phone network and make the most of the Internet connectivity at your disposal.
Cool interface with a neat layout of the functions and commands
This application has a neat look thanks to the well designed graphics you can use as backgrounds for the application and conversation windows. Too bad the customization possibilities are limited to these wallpapers, but there are plenty of fun and great looking pics you can find in inside Viber in the "Stickers" area.
The messages come and go pretty fast, so you will see them updated in the conversation window in a few split seconds. Also, browsing the contact list, the messages history or any menus of the app goes on smoothly and without a glitch.
Call your friends, chat and share multimedia content with them
The best thing about Viber is that you can call anyone without using any of your purchased credit, (if you are on a prepaid plan) and without wasting any minutes from your mobile subscription.
In case you need to make calls to non-Viber as well as landline numbers, the application has this covered as well, through its Viber Out function, but you should be well aware that these calls are charged.
The ability to capture a snapshot and send it right away in any conversation you care currently having is a welcomed plus to the feature set, but the video sharing function is not available, so you will only be able to receive and play the clips your friends send you.
Overall, the group conversations, image sharing and the ability to place calls to non-Viber numbers are great additions, the only thing it is lacking is a well implemented video sharing feature.
