Just purchased a lenovo x1 carbon, it was supposed to come pre-installed with windows 7, came with windows Does anyone have a lenovo windows 7 pro 64bit disc or iso I can download?

We managed to get Windows 8 pro and upgraded it to , and made it look like Windows 7 Pro via a third party software install, called Vi bharathealthcares.com only reason we did that, was because the customer knew how to use Windows 7, but not Windows 8, and she did not want to upgrade from what she knew.
You can get the ISO from Microsoft's site if it's not the OEM version.
If it's the OEM version you'd have have to contact Lenovo directly for the recover media.

Any Windows 7 Pro OEM media will work. It doesn't need to be Lenovo branded.
You will have downgrade rights through Windows

Looks like you need to look up an ISO from sketchy sources. No friends locally in IT anywhere that can search their media cabinet?

Chris, no. Any valid key (vol lic, oem) I put in there says it is not valid. From what I read that site is looking for retail keys

D@mn I know you can order replacement OEM media from the OEM.. but that doesn't help you this instant
Do you not have a VL agreement? If you had a VL agreement with Systems Pool media, you could use your VL media/key for Windows 7 in-place of the OEM media.
If you have the time before you need to deploy it, return it to lenovo and ask them to provide the product that you requested.
Usually don't have that kind of time around here though.
