Protect Yourself From Tech Support Scams
Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.
Thanks a lot for the links. Of course I've been there through couple days ago and found it useless. How, for example, the driver listed at the first suggested link http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/usb-20-video-capture-controller-for-windows-7-64/ef0a2d70-8cdc-48ea-85bf-2bb7b80f6dc9 can be implemented with Windows 7 when it was issued back in 2007 (W7 was released TWO years later!)
The next link isn't helpfull as well.
Yes, my OS has 64 bit.
Does anybody have a valid driver for EasyCAP which is recognised by Wndows 7?

Hi, Kasya999,
Install XP Mode and Virtual PC for Windows 7 - Both are free
Windows XP Mode runs many older Windows XP productivity programs and that are not natively compatible with Windows 7, thus helping realize cost savings and reduce possible operational downtime by extending the life of existing software.

Thanks for suggestion, Smittychat.
You are right - the XP Mode and Vetual PC are free but you have to upgrade the Home Premium 64 bit first wish is costly (You are not eligible to download Windows XP Mode. You must have Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate to run Windows XP Mode. To upgrade visit Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade. ). I've been through it couple months ago and declined this GENEROUS offer from Microsoft.
Both links followed your first one

are the catches which require the long process of registration without any usefull result at the end - I've tried both earlier this week.
Thank you anyway for taking your time trying to help me!
